To the center of the Park

The expedition could to take a trip to the center of the Park. From the helicopter, it was possible to observe the tepuis majesty.

The indigenous peoples living around Chiribiquete identify this place as the center and origin of the world. The Chiribiquete mountain range occupies a symbolic, cosmological and cosmogonic place in Amazonian shamanic thought. The rock paintings are a projection of this thought.

Here, we are far away from everything. It looks like the hidden source of life.
